Returns Policy

 

1. Policy Scope

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases of physical display units and hardware ("Goods") made directly from Review Bullet. This policy does not apply to our subscription-based software services, which are governed by our Terms of Use.


2. Damaged or Defective Goods

Review Bullet is committed to delivering your custom Goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Please include in your report:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • A description of the issue.

Upon validation of your claim, Review Bullet will, at its sole discretion, arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped at no cost to you. No refunds are made.


3. General Returns & Exchanges

All sales of Review Bullet hardware are final.

Due to the bespoke nature of our product, each display unit is uniquely customized and programmed with a proprietary QR code linked specifically to your business account. This customization process is initiated immediately upon order confirmation, rendering the Goods non-resalable.

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of change of mind, incorrect ordering, or similar circumstances.
